  • Visual Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be an exact reflection of the physical product's brilliance.

  • Pricing & Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

  • Inventory Constraints: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

  • Copyright Protection: Our Earrings, Necklace, and Hand Jewelry designs are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without express written authorization.

Parties agree that any conflict shall first be addressed through informal negotiation via support@luisajewels.com for a period of no less than 30 days before seeking any formal legal or administrative remedy.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR).
